Six years ago, a close friend invited us to his mountain cabin, and that one weekend changed everything. Beatriz quickly began searching for a place of our own, and after several trips, we found the perfect one. Living in the suburbs of Atlanta at the time, we came up on weekends and sometimes even commuted during the week. We quickly fell in love with the mountains, the quiet pace, and the community. North Georgia became more than a getaway: it became home.
Our Story
After hosting our first cabin, we expanded—buying more properties and relocating full-time. Our approach caught the atten-tion of our realtor, who asked us to help manage a client’s cabin. That was the start of something bigger. We’ve now spent years managing properties for clients across the region, many of whom live out of state. Because we’re local and know the market, we work closely with realtors and owners to find the right homes and provide a smooth, worry-free experience from purchase to guest check-out.
