Bright, open-plan living room with vaulted ceilings, French doors leading to deck, and a stone-faced gas fireplace on an easy wall-timer.
Deluxe kitchen—granite, stainless, gas Wolf range, well-equipped, LARGE pantry.
Dining table for 6 plus countertop seating for casual breakfasts (plus a kid's table with four more seats!).
Primary suite: king bed, spa-style en-suite (full tub + walk-in shower), and private deck access.
Handy half-bath just off the living area.
Lower Level
Game room: ping-pong table, air-hockey table, mini putting green, Xbox 360 with two controllers and a second gas fireplace—perfect for rainy-day tournaments.
Dedicated workspace with desk + fast Wi-Fi.
Bedroom 2: king bed.
Bedroom 3: twin trundle + two twin-over-queen bunks (sleeps 8 kiddos or the young-at-heart!).
Shared full bath with tub/shower combo.

Hot tub on the lower patio—watch the river roll by while you soak.
Two fire pits (one riverside, one near the house) with Adirondack seating for s’mores sessions.
